Boxes. Old furniture. That one corner you've been "getting to eventually." Your basement has more potential than storage — bare concrete just isn't helping it get there.

That Basement Isn't Going To Finish Itself.

EPOXY BASEMENT FLOOR COATING IN CENTRAL IOWA

MORE THAN A COATING

Epoxy can Make a basement complete

Bare, unfinished concrete makes a basement feel exactly like what it is — an afterthought.

Epoxy basement flooring gives you a seamless, durable surface that instantly makes the space feel more finished, brighter, and easier to keep clean — whether it floods with light from an egress window or barely sees natural light at all.

Home gym, rec room, home office, or just a basement that finally looks intentional — we'll help you get there.

WHERE DOES EPOXY WORK?

Whatever You Use Your Basement For

Movie nights, game days, kids running around. A finished floor makes the whole room feel like part of the house.

REC ROOMS & ENTERTAINMENT SPACES

Dropped weights, sweat, constant use. A floor that can take the workout without wearing out.

HOME GYMS

Still practical, still easy to clean — just without the cracked, dusty concrete look.

STORAGE & UTILITY AREAS

A clean, polished floor makes a basement workspace feel less like an afterthought and more like a real office.

HOME OFFICES

Playroom, hobby space, in-law suite — if it's concrete in your basement, we can probably coat it.

ANYTHING YOU WANT

If it's where people actually hang out, it should look like it, not just survive down there.

MAN CAVES & BARS

MORE THAN JUST A GOOD-LOOKING FLOOR

why Basements are better with epoxy

brighter

A high-gloss finish reflects light, which matters most in a room that doesn't get much of it naturally.

EASY TO CLEAN

Seamless, no grout lines — dust and spills wipe up instead of settling into porous concrete.

feels finished

Makes "unfinished basement" finally feel like part of the house, not just extra square footage.

durable

Built to handle whatever the space becomes next — gym, rec room, storage, or all three over time.

A dramatic, high-end finish for basements built to be shown off, not just used.

METALLIC FLOORING

Textured and durable, a great fit for basements that see a lot of daily use.

FLAKE FLOORING

Your Floor. Your Style.

Flake or Metallic?

Brant and Mason came out to install new flooring in my kennel room and I'm really happy with the end product. I have hired other companies in the past with poor to descent results. But I would without a doubt hire Brant and Mason again to do future products. They were quick, friendly, and did it the right way. Would definitely recommend!

Epoxy Garage Floor FAQs

Does epoxy flooring work in a basement with moisture issues?

Moisture is one of the first things we check during prep, since it affects how well epoxy bonds to concrete. If there's an active water issue, that needs to be addressed first — epoxy isn't a fix for water intrusion, but it holds up great once the concrete's in good shape.

Will an epoxy basement floor feel cold?

Concrete stays cool, and epoxy doesn't really change that. It won't feel warm like carpet, but the seamless surface makes it easy to add rugs or mats wherever it matters most.

Can epoxy go over old paint or a previous floor coating?

Depends on the condition of what's already down. In most cases we'll need to grind off old coatings so the new epoxy actually bonds — something we'll check during the walkthrough.
