How long does residential epoxy flooring last?
A properly installed epoxy floor can hold up for years under normal use. Actual lifespan depends on the product used, how the space gets used day to day, and how well the concrete was prepped before installation.
Is epoxy flooring slippery?
Not when it's done right. We can add texture or an anti-slip additive to the topcoat — especially useful in basements or workshops where a little extra grip matters.
Can epoxy go over damaged or cracked concrete?
In most cases, yes. Minor cracks and imperfections get addressed during prep and repair before any coating goes down — that's a big part of why proper prep matters so much.
